Nine Steps to Teach Ethics to Government Employees

Can ethics and responsibility defeat Nepotism?

I think so.  I discussed the challenge that some people face in understanding and accepting their responsibility for others in a recent blog I have posted with Global Transitions & Development on How to Defeat Nepotism.

Accordingly, we have to invite people, using reason, to exercise ethics and responsibility where nepotism might otherwise create injustice and upset.

I recently shared a eight point training program that has been succesful in inspiring an outburst of ethical behavior in Southern Sudan that can be tied to saving the country approximatley $100 Million in suspect contracts.

Ethical behavior can be taught and people will respond to make things right in their environment for the benefit of all.

Its a good program.  Check it out.   Click Here.
